Text Box: HealthStat in conjunction with Rockingham County is proud to offer onsite medical care for all full-time and permanent part-time employees and Retirees.   This Program is a free service for all employees and retirees of Rockingham County Government who have completed a Health Risk Assessment.  To be eligible to participate , eligible employees and retirees must first go through a Health Risk Assessment (HRA).  If you initially did not participate in the HRA you may do so at anytime by making an appointment with the on-site Nurse Practitioner.

Text Box: Meet your Health Care Provider   Please welcome Dawn Culmer, MSN, RN, APRN-BC.  Dawn will be working part-time with us through our wellness provider HealthSTAT. Dawn also currently works for UNC Family Medicine and the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. She graduated with honors from NC A&T while receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, and earned her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from UNC-G. Dawn is not a total stranger to Rockingham County, as she received some training here as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner Student under the tutelage of Debra Allen in our Health Department. Dawn is a resident of  Whitsett, NC.

Text Box: Clinic Location The clinic is located in suite 202 in the Governmental Center just past the kitchen on the second floor.  Personnel with governmental center badge access may access the clinic through the west side door facing NC 65.  All others may access the clinic through the main entrance, go past Planning & Zoning, turn left down the first hallway toward Environmental Health, exit to the stairwell, the clinic is located at the top of the stairwell on the left.  If you need to visit the clinic before 8:00am and you do not have Governmental Center access please see  Gail Priddy in Purchasing.   Hours of Operations Wednesday and Friday 7:30 am to 4:00pm   To Make an Appointment A self-service program is being utilized to provide employees a confidential manor to schedule their own appointments.  Please visit http://my.timedriver.com/J1MQJ and follow the link “To schedule a wellness clinic appointment”.  Please do not call Personnel, as they are not involved with the clinic.
